Good Recipes

Chocolate Chip Cookies 1/3 c butter or margarine
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 c Equal® Spoonful
1/3 c packed brown sugar
¾ c flour
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
½ c semi-sweet chocolate chips

Beat butter with mixer until fluffy. Beat in egg & vanilla until blended. Mix in Equal & brown sugar until combined. Combine flour, baking soda & salt. Mix into butter mixture until well blended. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop dough by rounded tsp onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake in preheated 350 degree F oven 8 to 10 minutes or until light golden color. Transfer to wire rack & cool. Cal 67

Fruit Smoothie
1 c orange juice
1 c fat-free plain yogurt
1 frozen banana
1 c frozen strawberries or raspberries
¼ c Equal® Spoonful

Peel, cut banana into large chunks. Place in ziploc bag, seal & freeze at least 5-6 hours or overnight. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend ingredients until smooth.

Chicken Wrap Ups
1 1/3 (10 .75 -oz each) chicken broth
2/3 c lime juice
1¼ tsp Onion Powder
1¼ tsp Garlic Powder
¾ tsp Ground Cumin
1/5 tsp Ground Red Pepper
2 lbs boneless, skinless, chicken breasts
8 flour tortillas

Place chicken broth, lime juice, onion powder, garlic powder, cumin & red pepper in 20 cup glass measure & stir to combine. Pour into self-closing plastic bag or glass or stainless steel dish. Add chicken and toss to coat. Cover if using dish & refrigerate at least 30 minutes. Preheat broiler or grill.
Remove chicken from marinade & discard marinade. Place chicken on lightly greased broiler pan or grill & cook 5-6 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center. Warm tortillas. Cut chicken into strips & serve on tortillas. Cal 286

Was sick on Tuesday so didn't eat very well on the 26th.  Come on sis, haven't seen you here in a while....  Fight, Fight, Fight!!!  Only have 85 days until our girls trip and need to drop as much as I can before that!!!

Water - 20oz
No exercise as I feel a big pain in my lower back today.  I will get my a** n gear starting tomorrow!!!  Sis, haven't seen you here in a few days!!  Get your butt movin!!!

I know I've been slacking in the exercise this week, but just haven't had the energy.  So I'll definately be stepping it up this weekend and further on!!
